WHICH WEIGHT LOSS SYSTEM OR DIET WORKS BEST? Millions keep asking all over the internet!
Frankly, no one diet works for everyone that is why my system is best! I like my system best! It forces people to discover what their body is, what their body likes, and what food exactly stops them from loosing weight!
In truth, I did not start out to come up with a weight loss system or diet! I was not interested! 2013: My long time friend Dan MacIsaac pleaded with me to do it! Dan had been doing for 4 years, crasy, extreme exercise, turned his living room into a full gym, spare bedroom (used to hold my stuff) into a sauna, as well as many other activities: Like Jive, polka, dance for 2 hours nonstop! Ballroom dance! Cross country ski climbing Capreol Mtn. with me all the time lugging his 200 lbs of weight! And could not loose a pound?! So I finally gave in & did it as I did researching disease, no prejudices, no pre-conceived ideas & let the search lead me to discover what his body was doing, why & what food was keeping the weight on! Surprise! Eggs were the #1 culprit. Who would have thought that a protein could stop you from loosing weight? Then he discovered what I always suspected from day one - #2 Bananas! In just 2 month following they rules I laid down for him, which means he had to do the work, not me, and discover for himself, what foods were Dan's personal unique enemy! Once Dan eliminated them he quickly lost 25 lbs. Of course he kept up his dancing and sking with me but without the insanity of the previous 4 years. Being an excessive person, he then cheated like a brat all summer, but stayed at 175 lbs. That was followed by more excess (he's a gambler of course) and he damage his back with a thigh master, so lost all ability to excercise for 6 months. However, he only gained back 5 bls. That's him at 180 X-Country ski with me St.Patrick's Day! Only his 2nd time out skiing since the injury last fall. He still is not able to excercise like before but does not pack it all back on, because he knows what foods will pack it on! What works for him will not work for me. Hence, he is not on any one diet but the one that works for him. And don't kid yourself, Dan cheats on plenty that I still don't approve of, but still has kept his weight off with very little excercise. And I am not saying I approve of that either because I don't! Dan will still overdo excercise and then nothing for days, which I hate! I don't think that is healthy at all!
Yet, take a look! He is 71, dancing, skiing & looking great! The trick is he had to do the work to discover, I just led the way.

2018: DAN SUCCESS! LOOKS GREAT! Still skies, not as often, keeps weight off without extremes or crasy dieting! Also a bowel cancer survivor since 1994!
Dan MacIsaac: This triumph was on the 5K April 2013 and it is the biggest hill he has ever been on in his life! At 200 lbs he would have done it but not with this much pleasure! And, no huffing & puffing this time! Dan just told me a story that he was 250 lbs. (we were apart 12 years so never saw this) but he could only do 30 seconds on the tread mill & could not breath! I said, so what made you decide you were too fat? He said, "I was walking down the hill on Pine St. and a woman on a walker passed me! That did it, I called my son David and he organized me, we bought the Sauna, more equipment and David like you do, did research & put me on a healthy diet program, lost 50 lbs by 2009. Gave me a big hug saying, Couldn't done more without you Babe! He never got past the 200 mark until I came up with the Okra diet detox system. Dan is now 70, dances, X-country skies & walks several miles to shop, & climbs up the hills on skies.. If he eats junk he will gain & to loose he still must stop eating bananas & eggs.
